We use an "Asset-based" approach which focuses on your internal strengths, as we partner with you on your journey of self-discovery and self-compassion. This is the thread that continues to be woven throughout our work together; the core belief that you are enough and already have everything you need within to improve your quality of life. Sometimes you just need help...that's what we're here for.
We focus on the mind, body connection while incorporating evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We create a safe therapeutic space filled with compassion, empathy, authenticity and humor.
